Admissions
Braeburn School has an inclusive and welcoming community, where every child is valued and respected as an individual. We welcome applications from pupils of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, race, religion, or culture, and celebrate the diversity they bring as they enrich our school community.
As a proudly non-selective school, our admissions process is designed to ensure that each child will be able to access and benefit from our curriculum and thrive with our supportive learning environment. Where needed, we may carry out age-appropriate assessments to help us understand how best to support each pupil’s educational journey.
We warmly encourage families to visit the school and experience our vibrant community first-hand through a personalised tour and an informal meeting with the Head of School or another member of the Senior Leadership Team. For families based overseas, we are pleased to offer online meetings and virtual introductions to the school.
While the academic year begins at the end of August, Braeburn School operates a rolling admissions process, enabling pupils to join us at various points through the year, subject to availability.

Our Application Process
Submit an Enquiry
If you would like to learn more about joining our school community, we invite you to complete an enquiry form or contact our Admissions team by phone or email. Our friendly and knowledgeable Admissions staff are here to guide your family through every stage of the process, answer any questions you may have, and help you explore the opportunities available for your child.
Visit Us
We would be delighted to welcome you to our campus or arrange an online meeting to introduce you to life at our school. Whether in person or virtually, visits provide an excellent opportunity to meet our Head of School and staff, explore our learning environment, and discover how we nurture and support every child both academically and personally.
Submit an Application
Once you have made an enquiry and have decided to apply for a place, our Admissions team will guide you through the application process and advise on the documentation required. Depending on your child’s age and year group, the process may include assessment activities or ‘taster days’, allowing children to experience school life and feel confident and comfortable in their new environment. Where appropriate, further assessments may be recommended to help us identify and provide any additional support your child may need to thrive.
Offer a Place
Following the successful completion of the application process and any required assessments, our Admissions team will contact you regarding the outcome of your application and, where applicable, offer your child a place at the school. To confirm acceptance, parents will be asked to complete and sign an acceptance form. From there, our team will work closely with your family to ensure a smooth and positive transition as your child prepares for their first day at school.
