A Showcase of Talent at The IAPS Athletics Meet 2024

The IAPS Athletics Meet 2024, held on Saturday, 30th November at Hillcrest School, brought together 10 schools for a thrilling day of competition and camaraderie. Young athletes participated in a variety of disciplines, including sprints (100m, 200m, and 400m), middle-distance races (800m and 1500m), as well as field events such as the long jump, high jump, triple jump, ball throw, discus and shotput. The event exemplified athleticism and teamwork, with participants pushing their limits in front of an enthusiastic crowd.
The highlight of the day was the 4x100m relays, where Braeburn showcased remarkable performances. The U9 and U11 Boys teams claimed Gold, while the U11 Girls and U13 Boys secured Silver medals. We also celebrated winning the coveted cup for the best boys’ team and achieved a commendable 4th place overall in the final standings.
