|This policy applies to all staff working at Braeburn School. It is developed in accordance with principles established by the Children Acts 2001 and 2004 and related guidacne. This includes the DfES guidance Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education (2007) and Keeping Children Safe in Education (2016).|
|Complaints Policy and Procedures|
|Braeburn School prides itself on the quality of teaching and pastoral care of its pupils. However, if parents do have a complaint, it will be dealt with by the school in accordance with this policy.|
|This Safeguarding Policy applies to all adults, including volunteers, working in or on behalf of the school and is an overarching document which demonstrates how everyone working in or for our school service, shares an objective to help keep children safe from harm and abuse.|
