A Triumph at the 2025 World Scholars Regional Rounds

20th February 2025

The World Scholars Cup Regional Rounds recently took place at Light Academy and Bomas of Kenya, bringing together a vibrant community of young intellectuals. The event was a spectacular success, with over 1,400 junior scholars from Kenya, Ethiopia, and Rwanda showcasing their knowledge, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

We are beyond thrilled to celebrate our scholars' outstanding achievements: all twenty four of Braeburn’s scholars have qualified for the prestigious global competition!

73 gold medals | 74 silver medals | 8 trophies

A special mention goes to our exceptional high achievers:

Dhairya – Crowned 2nd Overall Champion and honoured with the prestigious Jac Khor Award.
Zohid – Achieved 1st place Overall Champion and Best Scholar while also emerging as the Top Student in Literature and Social Studies.

A heartfelt congratulations to our entire team, including our first-time participants in Year 6 and Year 7, who truly made their mark. Their dedication, passion, and brilliance continue to inspire us all!

Well done, scholars—your hard work and perseverance have made us immensely proud!
