Animation Comes to Life @ The Big Draw 2024!

On Friday, October 11th, Braeburn School came alive with creativity during the annual art day, The BIG Draw! This year’s theme, "Drawing in Motion", had everyone buzzing with excitement!
The youngest pupils started the day by playfully exploring mark-making, splashing joy and colour everywhere. Meanwhile, the older artists delved into the world of animation, experimenting with techniques such as creating whimsical thaumatropes, bringing characters to life, and mastering claymation and stop motion.
With laughter, creativity, and a touch of magic in the air, the day was a delightful celebration of artistic expression and animated fun!
