Back in School Update: Year 10-13

Year 10,11,12 and 13 have now completed a successful week back at School. Certainly, it has been a challenging week for staff and students but I must congratulate everyone on their effort to follow all the protocols laid down as best as possible.

The students have found it difficult to social distance times even though they do understand the importance of it. Firm but kind correction has been used by teachers and the students have responded extremely well to the guidance. However, we have had to be a little stricter with a few students and I hope you will forgive us for this.

Mark books and assignments are now being completed and you can log in at any time and see all assignment marks as they are entered.

Reports will be completed by the 25th of November for your viewing prior to our Parent Teacher meetings at the end of the term. You will once again receive guidance regarding how to make bookings through our School Interview booking system which is combined with a virtual conference call through wherby.com.

End of term testing is now in progress and we are anxious to find out gaps in learning caused by Remote Teaching. Please support your son/daughter during this time as we are aware that students progressed at very different rates during this period.
