Braeburn Staff Undergo First Aid Training

At Braeburn, we strive to create a safe environment for our pupils, staff and parents; a community that is vast and diverse. This means that occasionally someone in that community may need medical assistance for one reason or another. That is why the week before school opened for the new academic year, many of our teachers were involved in a first aid refresher course: developing strategies on how to manage choking, resuscitation, sprains and breakages, bites, tropical illnesses and so much more!
Our course facilitators, Response Med, imparted critical first aid skills that equipped our teachers with the ability to offer aid, should the need arise, both within school and while on day and overnight trips.
