Braeburn’s 12 and Over Boys Clinch 1st Place at Nairobi County Level 1 Swimming Gala

Swimming in Nairobi County is structured into three levels. Level 1 is the entry point and requires no qualifying times, while Level 2 and Level 3 require qualifying times, with Level 3 showcasing the finest swimmers in the county. The Level 1 12 and Over Gala was held on 25th–26th October at Kiota School, bringing together swimmers from across the county for a weekend of exciting competition.
Many of our swimmers achieved outstanding improvements in their personal best times, collected medals across various events, and even set new meet and county records.
The Braeburn Swimming Club emerged 1st overall in the boys’ category and 6th in the girls’ category — a tremendous achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of our swimmers and coaches.

- Marvin– 2 Gold medals and a new meet record in the 100m Individual Medley (1:12.28, previous 1:16.56)
