Braeburn’s Young Voices Take Centre Stage at Brookhouse Vocal Festival

On a bright and music-filled morning, our Year 7 and 8 choir proudly took part in a vocal festival hosted at Brookhouse Karen. This joyful event brought together seven school choirs in a celebration of vocal talent, creativity and community spirit.
Our young singers performed two contrasting pieces that showcased their versatility and passion: the elegant classical piece 'One Day As I Was Walking' and the vibrant, contemporary number 'New Level'. Their performance was met with applause and admiration from the audience and fellow schools alike.
All participating choirs then joined voices in a communal song, creating a moving moment of unity and shared musical joy. It was a heartwarming reminder of the joy and connection that music brings to us all.
