BTEC Two Rivers Trip

On Wednesday 12th March the Year 12 and 13 BTEC students had the opportunity to visit Two Rivers Mall. We were welcomed by the Head of Safety and Security and the Head of Customer service of the mall.

They introduced the mall and gave us information about it and how it was founded and by whom. This allowed us to gain insight on the organisational structure and how the mall works. Thereafter we were separated into groups and we got a guided tour around the prestigious mall.

We are very excited as we gained a deeper understanding of how a shopping mall operates, and we cherish this opportunity very much.

“I used to come to Two Rivers Mall as a customer, but this time I came to Two Rivers Mall to learn”.Vanessa said.

This gave the BTEC students an opportunity to broaden our horizons, and also taught us some beneficial business experiences. It is a great opportunity for those who want to start their own business. Overall the trip allowed us to gain more intel that may help us in the business industry.
