Carols Around the Tree Spread Festive Cheer!

2nd December 2025

On Tuesday 2nd December, just after the morning break, our Junior Choir of Year 3 and 4 singers gathered beneath the Christmas tree to share a joyful celebration of music. In a beautifully inclusive performance, the children sang festive songs from a wide range of cultures and faith traditions — including Diwali, Islamic celebrations, Oshogatsu, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa — before closing with much-loved Christmas classics. Their voices filled the courtyard with warmth, pride, and the spirit of togetherness.

The audience of KS1 pupils, parents, and teachers was treated to a truly heartwarming morning that showcased the richness of our diverse school community. The choir’s enthusiasm shone through every note, reminding us of the unique ability of music to unite, uplift, and inspire. It was a memorable occasion that celebrated unity, respect, and joy — the perfect mood to our festive season.
