Celebrating Musical Development at the Morning of Music Event

11th November 2025

On Tuesday, 11th November, the Big Theatre came alive with the sounds of Braeburn’s budding musicians during our much-anticipated Morning of Music recital. Hosted by the Music Department, this special event offered pupils from Years 1 to 8 a platform to share their musical talents and build confidence through live performance.

The morning unfolded in three vibrant sessions:

Year 1–4 charmed the audience with their joyful enthusiasm and growing musical skills.

Year 5–6 showcased impressive technique and expressive playing.

Year 7–8 delivered polished, mature performances that reflected their musical journey through the years.

Parents, staff, and fellow pupils were treated to a rich variety of pieces, from pianos, ukuleles, cellos and violins to flutes, recorders, guitars, drums and voices, highlighting the dedication and progress of our young musicians. It was a heartwarming reminder of the power of music to inspire, connect, and uplift.

Thank you to all who attended and supported our performers. We look forward to many more musical moments ahead!
