Football Season Kicks Off with Strong Performances

3rd September 2024

Week 2 saw both the girls' and boys' teams deliver impressive performances in their first set of fixtures against Hillcrest School. These matches gave our footballers the perfect opportunity to put into practice the skills they’ve been developing in Games lessons.

The fixtures also provided valuable lessons, highlighting areas for improvement as we gear up for the upcoming tournaments. In the coming weeks, our teams will focus on refining their techniques, ensuring they are in peak condition for the challenges ahead.

As many of our matches are played away at other schools, parental permission is required for travel. Also important to note is that in instances where pupils travel to away fixtures, the expected pick-up time at the end of the school day is 4:45 pm (factoring in traffic).

We look forward to more victories and skillful play in the coming matches. Go Braeburn!
