Helping Hands, Happy Hearts!

On Wednesday 24th June, a group of Year 4 and Year 5 pupils visited the Garden Home and Community School, Kawangware, to deliver toys and play equipment to the children. The visit marked the culmination of a heartfelt fundraising initiative, where pupils earned money by completing chores at home before using the proceeds to purchase much-needed play resources. It was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to demonstrate compassion, generosity and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
A huge thank you goes to our Year 2 pupils, whose generous donation of toys brought enormous smiles to the faces of the children. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to FAB (Friends at Braeburn) for supporting this worthwhile cause and joining us on the day. Together, our school community showed that even small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact, creating joyful memories and reminding us all of the importance of caring for others.
