“Let’s Clean Up our Neighbourhood Campaign”

The “Let’s Clean Up our Neighbourhood Campaign” got off to a great start on Friday 1st November.

As Walid from La Bamba put it…

“A Huge Thank You to Our Incredible Volunteers!

A big shout-out to everyone who joined us for the first campaign! We had an amazing team of 12 dedicated volunteers, including support from the county's Green Army, ready to make a difference!

Here’s What We Achieved Together:

• Cleared a Stormwater Trench: We cleaned an entire trench along one side of the road, ensuring better drainage and safer streets. The county truck will come tomorrow to pick up the waste.
• Cleared Walkways and Roads: We picked up a lot of plastic litter and collected over 20 bags of waste!”
