Marvin (Year 7) delivered an outstanding performance at the SANJ WCA 2025, competing in eight events and advancing to the finals in seven—a remarkable achievement that reflects his consistency, focus, and competitive spirit. Marvin’s dedication and preparation were evident throughout the meet as he took on a demanding schedule with impressive energy and determination.
What made his performance even more remarkable was achieving personal best times in seven of the eight events. This level of improvement at such a high-level competition shows not only Marvin’s athletic talent but also his ability to rise to the occasion. His races demonstrated maturity, composure, and a strong sense of timing—hallmarks of an athlete on a strong upward trajectory.
Marvin’s efforts earned him five silver medals in fiercely contested finals, including standout performances in the 50m and 100m breaststroke, 200m IM, 50m backstroke, and 200m breaststroke. His results have firmly established him as one of the top swimmers in his age category. We are incredibly proud of his accomplishments and look forward to seeing how his journey continues to unfold.
