15th September 2023

This past Saturday, students from Braeburn High School proudly represented their school in the 'Nairobi Hospice Walk.'

On September 9th, bright and early, students from years 9-13 gathered at the school despite the cold and rainy weather and the early morning, our spirits remained high as we arrived at the hospice. Although the wait was slightly longer than expected, we remained eager to commence the 10km walk.

As we set off, the rain decided to join us, but we were unfazed. With unspoken determination in our hearts, we maintained a steady pace, pushing through the challenging weather. Eventually, we successfully completed the 10km walk in just under 2 hours. Showing just how committed we were to the cause.

Finishing the walk, we were filled with happiness (Though slightly soggy!) knowing that we had made a meaningful contribution to a great cause. The students of Braeburn High School proudly represented their school in support of the Nairobi Hospice.
