Parent Workshop - ‘Understanding your Teenager’

Thank you to all the parents who attended the workshop this week on 'Understanding your Teenager', we are very grateful for the support shown. Our wonderful health team were able to present some valuable information on the teenage brain and help parents to understand what is normal teenage behaviour and how to identify the 'red flags' that might show that additional support might be needed to help them navigate through this difficult time in life.
