14th November 2025
From November 10th to 14th, Braeburn pupils and staff came together to celebrate Anti-Bullying Week 2025, guided by this year’s powerful theme — “The Power of Good.” Throughout the week, pupils reflected on how even small acts of kindness, empathy, and courage can make a big difference in creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
Across classrooms, learners engaged in thoughtful discussions about what their “powers” are — whether it’s being a good listener, showing kindness to someone who’s left out, or standing up for others. Each class explored how these personal strengths can be used to help, include, and uplift one another, rather than hurt or exclude.
The week concluded on a cheerful and colourful note with Odd Socks Day on Friday. Pupils and teachers wore mismatched socks to symbolise and celebrate differences — a simple yet meaningful reminder that our uniqueness is something to be embraced, not judged.
By the end of the week, the message was clear: at Braeburn, we all have the power to do good, and together we can make kindness, respect, and friendship our everyday superpowers.
