Sporst Day Fun for Early Years and Key Stage 1

Key Stage 1 and Early Years pupils enjoyed a fun-filled sports day that brought plenty of excitement and laughter. The day kicked off with a series of energetic relay races, where the young athletes worked together in teams to race towards the finish line. The javelin throw and egg and spoon races were the crowd favourites, where our sports girls and boys showcased their ability to throw to far off distances, as well as to maintain focus and steadiness.
Throughout the day, the focus was on fun and participation, with children of all abilities taking part in the different activities. Teachers and parents were on hand to cheer the children on, creating a supportive and festive atmosphere. The event not only encouraged physical activity but also promoted important values such as teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
By the end of the day, every child had a smile on their face and a sense of achievement, making the 2024 Sports Day a memorable and joyful occasion for all.
