Div 1 U15 Boys Football @ BHK
The boys were at Brookhouse Karen for their last football tournament of the season. It did not start off too well with a 2-0 loss to Brookhouse Karen. The team went out strong again in their next match against a tough Crawford side resulting in a draw. In the last two games we saw an improvement from the team winning convincingly against Hillcrest 4-0 and managing to bring a result back from German school wining 3-2. Unfortunately it was not enough for us to make it through to the finals, missing out by 1 point, but overall it was a great effort from the team.

ISK Athletics – U19 & U15
The athletics team had their last test meet at ISK this past Saturday in readiness for the much awaited Braeburn Athletics. It was an all-round satisfying event, as individuals and teams engaged in runs, throws, and jumps. The team to watch is the U19 boys sprint team, as they outshone everyone on the day, dominating all activities and leaving nothing to chance. The U15 girls were also not to be left behind, taking up multiple events and embracing the true spirit of competition. We are excited for this weekend and look forward to seeing a similar display of greatness at Nyayo Stadium! Go, team!

The U15 girls’ netball team delivered an impressive performance this season, finishing third overall in a highly competitive school netball league. Their journey to the semi-finals showcased not only their growing skill but also their determination, teamwork, and resilience on court.
After a strong run in the group stages, the girls secured their place in the semi-finals, where they faced a well-drilled Turi side. Despite a spirited effort and moments of brilliant play, the team fell short, losing to Turi in what was a tense and fast-paced match. The girls fought until the final whistle, demonstrating maturity and grit beyond their years.
Although the loss meant missing out on a spot in the final, the team regrouped with admirable positivity. In the third-place playoff, they displayed outstanding energy, discipline, and cohesion, earning a well deserved third-place finish in the league.
Their progress this season has been exceptional. Several players stepped up in leadership, communication on court improved significantly, and their attacking and defensive transitions have become noticeably sharper. Most importantly, the team spirit has remained strong throughout, each player supporting the other, reflecting the values of sportsmanship and commitment.
As the season wraps up, the U15 girls can be proud of what they have achieved. Reaching the semi-finals and finishing third in such a challenging league is a testament to their hard work and potential. With continued focus and the same passion they’ve shown all year, there is no doubt that this team is on track for even greater success in the coming seasons.
