Braeburn School (U19) vs Oshwal
We defended 90% of the first half with only one shot at goal.
On the positive side, we finished the game with good interplay opening up Oshwal's defence and creating the best opportunity for Peter Scholz, whose shot was deflected.

The U15 football team played in a triangular at Peponi last weekend involving Braeburn Garden Estate and Peponi. Applying new tactics to their game the boys were disciplined and kept to the game plan. Unfortunately in the first game, we lost 3-0 despite having good possession of the ball. Mistakes in crucial areas proved costly. The boys were still in high spirits moving into the second game keeping with the tactics they had practised on Friday morning. Peponi was a strong team but Braeburn stepped up to the challenge and played to their strengths. Two great goals from Gift Shoko ensured that Braeburn School ended up victorious. It was great to see the team in high spirits.
The B team also played against the Peponi B team twice, resulting in a 0-0 draw. Lots of chances were created and the team cohesion was exceptional. A game where we learned a lot about finishing our chances. Right at the end of the 2nd game, the boys could have taken the win with a one-on-one case but the Peponi keeper did a great job stopping what seemed to be a clear goal-scoring opportunity. The boys should be proud of themselves and we continue to push on as the team develops together...onwards and upwards!

The U17 girls played a match against Oshwal. The team consisted of mostly Y11 IGCSE PE students who used this opportunity to get some footage for their coursework.
They all played amazingly well and managed to dominate the game throughout. The MVP of the match Pavithra Nair.
