Taking Cricket Throughout Kenya

On Thursday 8th December, Braeburn donated 26 used cricket bats to the captain of the Kenya National Team, Mr. Collins Obuya. Mr Obuya, in conjunction with Cricket Kenya, have embarked on a countrywide Cricket Clinic, introducing the game and teaching young people how to play it. They have so far visited 7 counties, with approximately 35 more planned to be visited. The used cricket bats will go a long way in spreading cricket throughout Kenya, tapping into undiscovered talent that undoubtedly exists around the country, and providing opportunities for young people to take up this wonderful sport.
