The Swimming Club’s Impressive Half Term Results!

The Braeburn Swimming club showcased exceptional talent and determination in various inter-school and NCAA galas during the first half of Term 2. Notably, the team has achieved outstanding results, demonstrating their prowess across different age categories.
IAPS Warm-up Galas:
- U9 Peponi Warm-up Gala: Braeburn emerged as the 1st place team.
- U11 Hillcrest Warm-up Gala: Braeburn secured the 2nd position.
- U13 Braeburn Warm-up Gala: Braeburn continued their success, finishing 2nd.
These consistent achievements across different age groups set a promising tone for the grand finale scheduled on March 16th, 2024.
NCAA Galas:
- Level 1:
- Boys 11 & Under Gala: 3rd place, Girls: 1st place.
- Boys 12 & Over Gala: 1st place, Girls: 1st place.
- Braeburn dominated, setting meet records and securing the overall win in Level 1.
- Level 2:
- Braeburn excelled at the Level 2 Championships, finishing 3rd in the Boys Category and an impressive 2nd in the Girls Category.
- Overall, Braeburn emerged as the 2nd place winners of the Level 2 Championships.
- Individual successes included Caitlyn Oyaro earning 1 Bronze, Ivar Winters securing 1 Gold, and Mina Muhizi achieving 1 Gold and 1 Silver.
