The Year 1, 2 and 3 Hockey Clinic

The time had come for another sports clinic; this time it was hockey. We are now fully into the hockey term and pupils have been extremely excited to get into the astro to try out the new pitch! Last Saturday saw many of the Year 1, 2 and 3 pupils come and expand their hockey knowledge via the experience of the Under 13 1st and 2nd girls and boys hockey teams.
Once again, the coaching was great, with the Year 7 and 8 pupils encouraging the younger pupils, and the activities that were designed for the children were engaging and age appropriate. All pupils had great fun and finished the session with some tasty snacks thanks to Jakki and her catering team. We now look forward to the next clinic which will be run in term 3 on netball and rugby.
