The Year 7 & 8 BBQ: Fun, Food and Friendship

The barbeque was one of the best events ever! It was held on the school field and was packed with so many fun activities. We played games like football, netball, and touch rugby, which got super competitive but also hilarious. There was karaoke where some of us sang (or screamed) our hearts out, and a chill hangout corner where we caught up with friends and shared what we did over the holidays. The food was amazing—especially the sausages and BBQ chicken, which everyone kept going back for.
The highlight of the night, though, was sitting around the bonfire. It felt so cool roasting marshmallows and just hanging out with everyone in the evening, knowing there was no school the next day. It was such a great way to bond and make new memories. Honestly, the BBQ was such a fun experience, definitely a night to remember!
