U10 Netball Team Secures 3rd Place @ Braeside

Congratulations to our U10 girls netball team for their outstanding performance at the Braeside tournament, where they clinched a commendable 3rd place! Despite a shaky start with a 4-0 loss against Braeside A, the team quickly found their rhythm, showcasing their skills and determination. They won their subsequent matches, defeating Greensted 4-1, edging out Rusinga 1-0, and overcoming Premier with a 2-0 victory, earning them a spot in the semi-finals.
The semi-final match against Cavina was intense and evenly matched, with special recognition going to Valentina and Asali for their stellar defensive play. Despite their efforts, the game ended in a 4-1 victory for Cavina. However, the girls bounced back in the playoffs, facing St. Christopher's in a tightly contested match and securing a 4-3 win to claim 3rd place.
A hearty congratulations to all the girls for their incredible effort and determination, with a special mention to Esther, our top scorer, whose contributions were pivotal to the team’s success. Well done, team! Your hard work and spirit have made Braeburn proud.
