U11 A Team emerge 2024’s Ngini 7s Runners Up!

On June 8, our U11 A team participated in the Ngini 7s Rugby Tournament held at St. Christopher's School. As the first team to arrive, their determination set the tone for what proved to be a highly competitive day of rugby. Teams from the region gathered, eager to display their skills and vie for the title.
The tournament commenced with a burst of energy, with our team swiftly establishing dominance in the group stages, securing a spot in the semi-finals. In a tense encounter against Peponi School, both sides showcased remarkable skill and determination. Braeburn emerged victorious in a thrilling match, securing a place in the final.
Despite facing formidable opponents in The Banda School, our boys approached the final with confidence. The match was fiercely contested, with both teams exhibiting their talent and passion. Although narrowly missing out on the first-place trophy, our team displayed exceptional performance throughout the tournament, setting the stage for further preparation for the Ndume 7s at Pembroke House School. We extend gratitude to all who supported the team during the Ngini 7s.
