U13 Boys Fight to the Finish at IAPS Tournament!

The Under 13 boys 1st team showcased tremendous skill and determination at the IAPS Football Tournament held on Saturday, 2nd November, at St. Andrew's, Turi. Facing some of the best teams in the tournament, our boys demonstrated their teamwork, resilience, and grit across four challenging matches.
The day started on a high note with a 1-0 victory over Hillcrest, setting the tone for what was to be a competitive day of football. This was followed by a tense but well-earned 0-0 draw against Banda, where our defence held strong. The team then faced St. Andrew's, Turi A in a closely contested match, narrowly losing 1-0. However, they bounced back in style with an impressive 4-0 win against Braeburn Nanyuki, closing their run on a victorious note.
With these performances, the boys came heartbreakingly close to the semi-finals, missing out by just one point. Nevertheless, their efforts were rewarded as four players – Younis, Eli, Ryan and Mohammed – were selected to represent the Nairobi West Schools in the regional matches that were held on Sunday. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and wish them the best as they take their talents to the next level.
