U9 IAPS Football Festival Highlights

On Thursday, 31st October 2024, our Under 9 Boys and Girls football teams took part in the U9 IAPS Football Festival held at Braeburn Garden Estate. The event was a fantastic opportunity for our young athletes to showcase their skills, teamwork and sportsmanship in a competitive setting.
The girls' team put up a strong fight throughout their five matches. Demonstrating great spirit and skill, they secured a win in one match, drew two matches, and faced two narrow losses. Each game displayed their determination, resilience and the valuable teamwork skills they have been developing.
Meanwhile, the boys' team also had an impressive day on the pitch. They played with enthusiasm and focus, winning two of their five matches, drawing one, and facing two losses. Their victories highlighted their growing skills and coordination as a team, and the close matches underscored their commitment to giving their best effort in every moment.
Overall, it was a day filled with learning, excitement, and growth for both teams. Our U9 players gained valuable experience and took home memories of a fantastic festival that celebrated youth football and sportsmanship.
