U9 & U11 Athletics Team Training at Arboretum

On Saturday, 28th September, the U9 and U11 athletics teams had a productive training session at Arboretum Forest. This session is part of our preparations for the upcoming Braeburn Athletics Meet, scheduled for mid-November.
Our focus during training is on building resilience, conditioning, fitness, and team spirit. The athletes showed great determination and commitment, pushing themselves to improve with each drill.
There will be more training sessions in the lead up to the event, so we thank parents for the continued support, we couldn’t do it without you!
