Under 11 Boys Claim the Plate at Ngini 7s Under 11 Rugby Tournament

On Saturday 10th June, the Under 11 boys took part in the Ngini Rugby 7s Tournament held at St. Christopher’s School. Braeburn put up an impressive start, winning 3 group stage matches against Rusinga School, Braeburn Imani and Peponi School, and losing only 1 match to The Banda.
The boys then qualified for the Plate Competition, where they triumphed over Brookhouse, Hillcrest, and Brookhouse Runda to claim the much sought after prize. Special mention goes to Eli (Year 6) who was voted player of the Plate Competition. The team now shifts its focus to the Pembroke Ndume 7’s on the 17th of June, where they look to improve their results from the Ngini tournament.
