Under 13 Boys Basketball Team Takes Brookhouse Trophy

The Under 13 Boys Basketball team delivered a phenomenal performance at the recent tournament hosted at Brookhouse Karen. Despite a narrow 6-8 loss in their opening game against Braeside, the team displayed remarkable resilience, winning their remaining three group-stage matches to secure a place in the semi-finals. In a well-fought battle, they triumphed over BGE with a 6-2 victory, advancing to the finals against Brookhouse Karen.
The championship game was an intense showdown, with both teams giving their all. In the final 20 seconds, Eli (8J) scored the winning basket, sealing an 8-6 victory for Braeburn. Congratulations to Eli, Jason, Yambo, Yonatan, Ayii, Jonathan, Telo, Zacharia, and Ethan for their outstanding teamwork and determination.
