The U15’s took part in a badminton tournament yesterday and although they did not make it through the group stages, they represented Braeburn well. There was a lot of tough competition including players who play for the national team). It was a great experience for the students who are keen to train and reach the levels required to excel in such competitions.

The U15's did not make it through the group stages. There were some good moments through the game but we just were not up to the standard required.
We keep looking forward and we’ll come back stronger after the break.

The U17's struggled and just could not get into the game. They were holding up for the first half which ended 2-0 to BGE. Following an injury from our keeper things went downhill. Sadly, there were lots of mistakes and the score ended 6-1 to BGE.

The U19’s played against BGE, at first half the boys were a bit mixed up and that gave BGE a chance to score a quick goal against us, we kept on pushing until the last minute but were unlucky and the match ended 1-0 in favour of BGE.

The U19’s played against Strathmore high school and the match was well organised because we started on time, the boys played very well but we lost to 5-2, the two goals were scored by Muruiki, the boys were not really happy with the results, but we had to stay positive as a team and will work on our weakness during training.

U15’s cricket team played against Turi on Thursday. The score was 233 - 53 to Turi, and although they did not manage to win, the boys put in a much better performance than their last game. Still lots to improve on but great resilience and dedication.

The U19 boys and girls were focused from the moment we left Nairobi. This was clearly shown by their meal plan and organization. On the day, we struggled to score points for both u15 boys and girls. The U19 girls were determined to score big and from the gun, Nadia Ndibo took the lead and never looked back. U19 Boys had the same fire and ran well to place 3rd overall. Lots to work on the U15s.

The KAISSO Cross Country Running Meet brought more than 100 student-athletes to Northlands farm on Saturday 7th October. On the day of the competition, there was a special atmosphere with high energy and lots of excitement. It was a hard course to run on. It was hot, and dry with some uphill running. Although we did not place in the top 3 overall positions, Nadia Ndibo ran her heart out to emerge the winner of the U19 girls category. Congratulations to Nadia for a job well done.
