Why Do We Celebrate Mental Health Awareness?

As we draw this month of reflection, learning, and connection to a close, it’s worth taking a moment to ask: Why do we celebrate Mental Health Awareness? The answer is both powerful and personal.

We celebrate to deepen our collective understanding, to encourage self-awareness, to break down stigma, to strengthen our communities, and to embrace the many ways we can care for ourselves and one another.
