World Chess Championship

The World School Chess Championship 2022 was held from June 10-19th, at the Wyndham Panama Albrook Mall Hotel and Convention Center, Panama City, under the auspices of FIDE - International Chess Federation - and the Panama Chess Federation.
Lakshita, who won the U13 category during the 2021 African Schools Individual Chess Championship in Kenya in December, participated at the World Schools Chess Championship. Lakshita won 4 rounds and drew 2.
Well done Lakshita for an excellent display of chess playing.
