📝 Y10 F&N Practical Exam

This week our year 10 Food and Nutrition students completed their first complete Practical exam - from planning a menu of 3 to 4 dishes according to the question set to each of them, to completing that menu in 2 hours.

The expectations were high and the nerves even more so. However, after the intense two hours, I am very proud to say that they have exceeded all expectations.

During the two hours, each of the students showed focus and calm, working efficiently and methodically toward their end goal. Not only were their final products tasty, flavourful and well cooked but also well presented. They have managed to complete the tasks well in their allotted time leaving only hope for their IGCSE exams.

Well done to each of the students who completed this exam. You can be proud of yourselves.
