Year 2 Camp Adventure!

Excitement filled the air as Year 2 pupils eagerly awaited their much-anticipated camp adventure. Once camp began, the children threw themselves into an evening packed with fun and laughter. The bouncy castle and football activities were firm favourites, while others enjoyed colouring and creative activities. The excitement continued with a lively disco, where pupils danced the evening away with their friends.
One of the highlights of the camp was the Pyjama Movie Night, where the children gathered in the theatre to enjoy a film together before heading to the campfire. Led by Ms Germaine, the pupils sang songs, danced around the fire and enjoyed hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows. The combination of music, friendship and shared experiences created a warm and memorable atmosphere that perfectly captured the spirit of the camp.
After a peaceful night's sleep in their tents, the children awoke refreshed and full of stories from their adventure. Throughout the camp, they demonstrated excellent behaviour, enthusiasm and kindness, embracing every activity with positive attitudes. The Year 2 Camp was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly proud of all the pupils. A special thank you goes to the Year 2 teachers and teaching assistants whose care, dedication and hard work helped make the experience so enjoyable and memorable for everyone.
