Year 3 Make Their Own Diwali Sweets

During World Views lessons, Year 3 had been exploring and describing a range of belief systems, their related symbols and acts of worship. While learning about Hinduism, one of the world's oldest religions, our pupils got a chance to create some Diwali sweets, as well as complete a Rangoli art picture. Our Year 3s enjoyed reflecting on what they had learned about Hinduism in a fun, relatable and practical way.
