Year 4 Take a Learning Journey to Sagana

3rd February 2023

Year 4 pupils took their learning outdoors last week with a 3 day camping trip to Sagana. By day, students learnt about teamwork, problem-solving and the environment through nature hikes, rafting, water play, and team building activities. After the sun went down, they made memories with friends around the campfire and slept under the stars.

“My favourite activity was the rafting. We got to stand on the sides of the rafts and jump into the water. It was lots of fun.” Buruk Michael, 4B

“I loved it when we went to the river! We got to do something different every time we went. I loved playing in the Gecko rafts because it was very independent. A lot of people were really good at it and all of us really had fun doing it.” Aaradhya, 4S
