Year 7s Explore Kereita Forest

On Friday 24th February, Year 7s went on a Geography field trip to Kereita Forest. The purpose of the trip was to enhance our pupils’ critical thinking skills, as well as give them a chance to reflect on their theoretical learning within a practical setting. They enjoyed exploring the natural setting, and developed questions to enrich their field inquiry. The students were not only able to observe and describe what they saw, but also conserve the environment by planting trees.
